SOAR was founded on the belief that sports are more than a game. They’re a gateway to leadership, education, discipline, and lifelong success.
Our mission is to unlock the potential of every young athlete by uniting the discipline of sports, the support of community, and the resources that turn ambition into achievement—building leaders who excel on the field, in the classroom, and throughout life.

Kitan Oladapo is a professional football player, mentor, and community leader whose journey is rooted in perseverance, discipline, and service. Currently a safety for the Green Bay Packers, Kitan earned his opportunity through years of hard work, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to growth both on and off the field.
Raised in Oregon, Kitan developed a reputation early for his toughness, leadership, and relentless work ethic. After being overlooked as a recruit coming out of high school, he walked on at Oregon State University and steadily built himself into one of the top defensive backs in the Pac-12 Conference. His rise from walk-on to NFL Draft selection became a testament to perseverance, accountability, and belief in the process.
Known for his physical style of play, intelligence, and team-first mentality, Kitan was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the 2024 NFL Draft after an accomplished collegiate career that included All-Pac-12 recognition and national respect as one of college football’s most versatile defensive players.
Beyond football, Kitan is passionate about creating meaningful impact in the lives of others. Through his foundation, he is dedicated to empowering young people with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to succeed in life — whether through education, athletics, mentorship, or personal development. His mission is to inspire the next generation to embrace adversity, stay disciplined, and pursue excellence in every area of life. For Kitan, success is about more than accomplishments on the field. It is about using his platform to serve others, lead by example, and create lasting change in the community.

S.O.A.R. is just getting started. Our vision is to expand beyond a single camp and create more opportunities for young athletes to play, grow and succeed regardless of their circumstances. Through youth sports programs, mentorship, community partnerships and access to valuable resources, we aim to help young people discover their potential both on and off the field. As S.O.A.R. grows, so will our ability to open doors, build confidence and equip the next generation with the tools they need to succeed in sports and throughout life.
